Profile

I am a professional business coach, specialising in one to one coaching with small businesses, particularly in design related businesses. I am based on the Surrey / Sussex border and provide face to face coaching, and telephone coaching for those placed further afield. I enjoy working with clients to enable a better focus on business strategy, and the setting and achievement of long term goals, as well as coaching on issues around prioritisation, personal organisation and productivity. I also coach to help with personal transition e.g. improving self confidence, or developing specific competencies

I also love delivering workshops in leadership skills, and seeing those ‘lightbulb’ moments, and helping businesses getting the best from their people through the design and running of development / assessment centres.

My background
After over 20 years in the hospitality and support services industry finally heading up the Learning and Development team of one of the UK’s leading contract catering & support service companies I decided it was time for a change. I left the corporate world in 2005 to set up my own coaching business. However the opportunity to work with a leadership consultancy with some of the top 100 FTSE companies has provided me with a great experience, not only of other businesses, but the opportunity to work with a huge range of professionals with different skills and styles which I have been able to tap into and learn from.
