iworkLife is a recruitment franchise that has been designed to work around you and your commitments. It can be ran either from home or from an office, independently or through building a team of revenue generating recruiters.
It was launched due to the lack of flexible working opportunities. As a mum I was trying to juggle a career and family life. When I discovered that there was a distinct lack of opportunities for people who wanted to work smartly without the daily commute or 9-5, to have life on their terms I set up iworkLife. Recruitment is a great industry, that can offer you a career with great financial rewards. Running your own franchise business gives you the support of a global operation whilst still running a business on your terms.
