I set up JD Approach ltd with my business partner Deborah Adshead in September 2005. We are an IT company specialising in helping small businesses to make the most of how technology is used within their organisation.
I have a BSc (hons) in Computing and an ITIL certificate in Service Management.
Our core areas of business are website development and computer training (including Microsoft Office certified courses).
