Noelyne has transformed her own life and overcome many personal challenges including being childless not by choice, the breakdown of her marriage and divorce, forming a wonderful new relationship, becoming a step mother, managing redundancy and now running a successful training and coaching practice. Noelyne is a pioneer in the success of the Develop Your Child foundation and is passionate about introducing the power of coaching to parents and their children.
I am a professionally trained Corporate Trainer & Coach and a licenced Trainer with the Coaching Academy. I became a Coach as a result of my passion for encouraging others to reach their full potential and to share my knowledge and experience of a subject that I love.
My background is within the public sector where I coached senior leaders and trained managers to be coaches within the Department for Work and Pensions. The focus was on improving performance of individuals and teams at work however, I realised that individual performance at work was influenced by all other areas of a person’s life. Then after a series of personal challenges and life changes I moved into Life Coaching and qualified in 2006.
I now run my own business specialising in Management Development Training and Coaching for Middle Managers, Personal Coaching for female executives and NLP Coaching for people with unwanted states such as anxiety, procrastination, lack of confidence.
I have transformed my own life as a result of coaching and in particular the last 2 years have been phenomenal having moved from a well paid career to setting up my own successful business and I am now in a wonderful loving relationship again.
I totally believe in the power of coaching and am passionate about sharing my skills.
